Thiele Glas: AIDA theater railing made of safety glass
Thiele Glas produces the railing of the AIDA theater completely from safety glass. During production, the glass is processed using EnviroFALK process water technology.
At the heart of the AIDA bella is the circular Theatrium. With an area of 3000 m², the theater with bars and music is comparable to an Italian piazza and appears light and transparent thanks to the many glass surfaces.

Optimally treated water for glass processing.
The railings of the upper rows are made entirely of safety glass from the company Thiele Glas. During the production of the TG-PROTECT®-TVG, the glass was cleaned with treated water both before and after each work step, such as cutting, drilling or grinding. The task is to prevent the glass from breaking.
About the process: The city water is treated by an EnviroFALK reverse osmosis system. A directly connected pure water circulation system supplies the glass washing machine with demineralized water. Two sheets of the cleaned glass are then placed together with a film under cleanroom conditions and laminated in an autoclave. If the glass breaks, the film ensures that the pane retains a residual load-bearing capacity. Fragments and splinters stick.
Thanks to the consistently high water quality, the glass can be optimally cleaned both before and after each work step.
EnviroFALK water treatment technology ensures perfect safety glass and therefore hours of fun on the AIDA.
