In the Automotive division, one of the production plants in China was faced with the task of setting up a continuous cleaning process in production.
The experts from EnviroFALK solved the problem with a process water system that treats the bath volume of 700 liters per hour. The installation in the production plant was supplemented by a pure water circulation system.
The EnviroFALK water circulation system achieves a continuous cleaning process. The bath volume of 700 liters is treated once an hour.
Thanks to the process water system, which processes the bath volume of 700 liters once per hour, a continuous cleaning process could be achieved.
